Da’bomb. Just kidding, but we are enjoying playing our part in revolutionizing a thousand-year-old industry.  Our team takes great pride in offering our customers a more convenient way to shop, learn and consume wine by the glass.

Each Sip and Savor wine tube is generous portion size for one or the perfect tasting size for two.  The engineered glass tube holds the equivalent of 6.3 ounces of wine, 1.5 ounces more than a standard restaurant size glass of wine.

No, we are not.  There is no membership commitments or reoccurring payments!  Sip and Savor is an online liquor retailer that offers limited edition, exclusive wines from 7 different countries.  You will only be charged for the order you place at the time of checkout.

Our team of wine hunters travel the world and personally visit every family-run winery that we purchase wine from.  We work with the winery to create exclusive, limited edition wines that you can’t purchase anywhere else in the world.

That’s a tough question to answer since everyone’s palates are different; however, our team’s top three favorites would be our Fassati wine made by the same winemaker that makes the wine for the Pope, the Camarus grown on 70-year old Spanish vines and the award-winning Alpedrinha from one of Portugal’s oldest wine regions.

Our team loves and sends positive vibes to the wine-by-the-glass businesses revolutionizing the way consumers purchase wine; however, our company does have many key differences. 

-We are NOT a wine of the month club.  We will not keep charging you, and your orders will ship within 1-2 days after ordering them. 
-Sip and Savor’s wine tube is 87% larger than our competitor's wine tube. 
-You have the power to choose which wines you want us to deliver.
-We offer, at any one time, over 20 different wines from 7 different countries to choose from.
-You can’t buy our wines anywhere else in the United States.
-You can order a pre-packaged box of 12 wines or choose the mix and match option to customize your order.
-No other online retailer provides the level of wine education we provide our customers for free

Gifting

You can select any of our gift boxes from the Gifts tab on our home page or customize a box using our mix and match option.  At checkout, please provide your email address and the address that you would like the gift delivered.

Shipping

Sip and Savor USA is currently only shipping within the United States.  We are unable to ship to the following states: Vermont, Utah, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Mississippi, Kentucky, Hawaii, Delaware, Arkansas, Alaska, and Alabama.

Sip and Savor has a flat shipping fee of $4.99 for all US states to cover the adult signature fee charged by the postal service upon delivery of your wine.  We strongly recommend you choose a place of business for delivery to ensure an adult is available to sign for the package.

Your order will ship 2-3 days after placing your order.  We are NOT a wine of the month club or a reoccurring membership so your order will be placed once our team receives it.

Yes.  The person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be 21+ years of age and be able to show identification upon delivery.  We strongly suggest that you have the wine delivered to a place of business to prevent the risk of multiple delivery attempts.

This is a very infrequent occurrence, but it does happen 1 in 1000 boxes.  Please email us at hello@sipandsavorusa.com with a picture of the damaged product.  Our customer service team will be happy to refund, replace the damaged product, or provide a gift card for double the value of the damaged product.  This will be determined on an individual order basis.

No Worries.  Life happens!  FedEx will attempt to deliver your shipment two more times.  If you miss the third attempt, FedEx will hold your shipment at their local facility for 5 business days.  There will be a door tag with an online tracking number left at the attempted delivery address.

If you do not retrieve the package before the allotted 5 business days, the wine will be shipped back to Sip and Savor’s warehouse in California. 

If your package is returned to Sip and Savor, we will notify you of the returned order.  If you request, we will reship the order.  Please note a return shipping fee of $20 will be charged to offset the reshipping fee back to Sip and Savor’s warehouse as well as offset the additional incurred cost to ship the package a second time to you. 

Requests for refunds and reships must be emailed to hello@sipandsavorusa.com within 30 days of the date the order leaves Sip and Savor’s warehouse.  Following the 30 days, a gift card for the amount paid, less the $20 reshipping fee will be emailed to you.
